The subscription Agreement Between: TRENDZINE Fashion Information And: THE SUBSCRIBER, effective from the date THE SUBSCRIBER fully executes and submits this Agreement to TRENDZINE Fashion Information, establishes the terms and conditions under which TRENDZINE Fashion Information will provide access to its on-line service.
TRENDZINE Fashion Information shall use its best efforts to make the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when maintenance is being performed on the service.
The subscription includes one (1) Username and Password per user to allow access from any site by THE SUBSCRIBER to the TRENDZINE Fashion Information reports. The TRENDZINE Fashion Information reports are solely for THE SUBSCRIBER'S personal use. The subscription entitles THE SUBSCRIBER to view, make hard copies or download information to hard disk or diskette, provided that such data are not made available to anyone who is not an authorized user.
TRENDZINE Fashion Information will add the email address of the SUBSCRIBER to a Mailing List - see Privacy Policy.
THE SUBSCRIBER may not make the TRENDZINE Fashion Information reports available to anyone other than another SUBSCRIBER, whether by telephone link, Internet connection, or by permitting access through his or her terminal or computer, or by other similar or dissimilar means or arrangements.
THE SUBSCRIBER is solely responsible for all security, and all use (including unauthorized use) of THE SUBSCRIBER'S Username and Password. If at any time, you learn or suspect that your Username/Password has been disclosed or otherwise made known to any person other than yourself, you agree to immediately notify TRENDZINE Fashion Information Upon receiving such a notice, TRENDZINE Fashion Information will assign a new User code/Password to you. Individual  Usernames/Passwords are continuously monitored and sharing of Usernames/Passwords will result in automatic termination of the account.

Terms and Fees:
Access to the TRENDZINE Fashion Information reports and this Agreement will remain in effect as long as the  subscription fees are paid. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice. Paid subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
THE SUBSCRIBER warrants that all information provided by THE SUBSCRIBER on the on-line Subscription Agreement Form is accurate.
The fee for this subscription is as advertised on subscription page. Your Credit Card will be charged by our authorized online retailer 2CheckOut.com, Inc.  2CHECKOUT.COM, INC, 2CO.COM. or 2CO.COM*TRENDZINE will appear on your Credit Card statement.

DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES:
THE SUBSCRIBER ACCEPTS THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES RELATED TO ACCURACY OR CORRECTNESS OF THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE SERVICE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRENDZINE FASHION INFORMATION BE LIABLE TO THE SUBSCRIBER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TRENDZINE FASHION INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TRENDZINE FASHION INFORMATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ELECTRONIC OR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FAILURES, TELEPHONE INTERCONNECT PROBLEMS, NETWORK SECURITY SETTINGS, DEFECTS, WEATHER, STRIKES, WALKOUTS, FIRE, ACTS OF GOD, RIOTS, ARMED CONFLICTS, ACT OF WAR, OR TO OTHER LIKE CAUSES. TRENDZINE FASHION INFORMATION SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE YOU ACCESS TO TRENDZINE FASHION INFORMATION REPORTS WHILE INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE DUE TO ANY SUCH CAUSE SHALL CONTINUE.

Suspension or Termination of Licence:
TRENDZINE Fashion Information reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this license for substantial or material breach of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Notification of such suspension or termination will be provided to THE SUBSCRIBER. No refund will be provided.

Change of Terms and Conditions:
TRENDZINE Fashion Information reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and without notice.

General:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior communication between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
THE SUBSCRIBER may not assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or TRENDZINE Fashion Information may be brought in courts situated in England, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
