STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ACCESSING OUR REPORTS:

1. Fill in the subscription form and pay by credit card

2. Receive your unique Username and Password

3. Click on contents

4. Can you see this button?

     No: Goto step 5.

     Yes:   You must install the FLASH plugin by clicking on and follow
               the instructions on the Macromedia web site.

5. Click on the report you want to view.

6. A window will pop up asking you for your User name and Password, which must
    be entered exactly as given.

7. The chosen page will download.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THE REPORTS:

At the bottom of each page there are four buttons:

VIEWING:
The reports are best viewed with your browser window set to 'full screen' and your display properties set to 'Hi Colour'.

ZOOM:
Using the Macromedia FLASH plugin enables us to publish high quality sketches. Clicking your right mouse button (PC) or Command clicking (Mac) brings up a menu which enables you to zoom in to look at details on a page. While zoomed in you can move around the page by clicking your left mouse button and moving the mouse.

PRINTING:
Some users have problems printing the information. We recommend updating
your browser and printer drivers to the latest versions for best results. We can not
guarantee the quality of your printouts since this depends on your equipment and software.

We strongly recommend using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer for viewing and printing the reports.
